Your item will be delivered within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email. The delivery day is free of charge, and the rental period commences the day after delivery.

The minimum rental period for our products is one day.


Late Return Charges:

If you return your rental item after the agreed-upon return date, additional fees may apply. Please ensure timely returns to avoid any late fees.


Delivery Process:

If you've chosen home delivery, please ensure you or a designated representative is present to receive the item and sign for it. This ensures the correct delivery and a smooth process.


Damaged Items:

If any rental items arrive in poor condition or do not match the product description, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Our customer service team will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a refund or replacement.
